Shipping, worldwide shipping available by epacket or other means, we offer many shipping options by region.

At Passenger Flight Logbook our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Delivery Status Timeline

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, stamping, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Canadian Processing can take up to 5 business days as each Log Book is personalized by hand. Drop shipped products from Asia take an average of 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
  • Shipping time: Canada/USA Logbook orders are shipped by Canada Post. After processing and leaving our store, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
  • International delivery can take up to 30 – 60 days including processing time.

Refund Guarantee

If you didn’t receive your product or it is significantly different to the description, we guarantee to refund your payment. Refunds or Replacement orders will only be sent if you chose a shipping method that includes tracking. If you choose standard shipping we cannot take responsibility for lost packages by your local postal service. Please Contact Us if you have any shipping or warranty concerns

On Time Shipping Guarantee

We want to ensure that your purchase will arrive on time, therefore we provide a guarantee that products will be delivered by a set date. If you haven’t received your purchase within 60 days you will be refunded 100% of your purchase price.

Nonreturnable Items

Personalized Passenger Flight Log Books will not be refunded, name spelling errors caused by the customer will not be refunded. Should we mis-spell the name personalized on your Logbook this will be corrected at no charge to the customer. Visit our Store for great deals on a few of our mistakes….

Will I be required to pay Duty or Taxes?

Please check your country’s regulations, as the shipping price does not cover any potential customs charges. We do not collect any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs for international deliveries.  You will be responsible for any taxes or duties that are levied on your order. We have no control over any charges that may be imposed by authorities in your country on your order, and cannot predict what those charges may be.
