What happens if the personalized stamping is incorrect?

The Passenger Flight Logbook will be stamped with the exact spelling that you provide during checkout. Unfortunately once the book has been stamped it is non refundable. We will try to work with you on a replacement order, please contact us using the Contact form on the website. If we make the error we will send you a replacement book at no additional cost.

Why is shipping expensive?

Do you accept returns?

We only accept returns that have NOT been personalized, the product must be received in salable condition. Please return your item to the address marked on the return label along with sufficient postage. When the return has been received we will issue a full refund.
